Pâtisseries Louise was founded in June 2024 as a home-based online pastry shop by couple Louise and Djim Tondoh. 

On December 19th 2025, we opened our first physical store in Inglewood, at 1002 9 Ave SE.

Our family business is dedicated to sharing the excellence of authentic French pastry.

We both originate from Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), a French-speaking nation with a French colonial legacy, making French our primary language. We are the proud parents of two wonderful boys.

I, Louise, serve as the Pastry Chef, while my husband, Djim, oversees the business operations.

Baking pâtisseries has been a lifelong passion since my childhood in Ivory Coast. I began baking for friends and family at a young age, always aspiring to become a "Cheffe Pâtissière."

I initially developed my skills as a self-taught pâtissière and further refined my craft through masterclasses led by world-renowned chefs.

Our mission is to offer our customers an elevated level of taste and elegance with our selection of authentic French pâtisseries, celebrating the rich culinary traditions of France.
