Pâtisseries Louise is a Small Family Business (home-based) located in Calgary, Alberta. 

Update: We are opening our first boutique by the end of this year!

Pâtisseries Louise was founded in June 2024 by couple Louise and Djim Tondoh.

We aim to share the excellence of Authentic French Pastry through our family business.

We are both from Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), a French speaking country, with a French colonial legacy. French is our first language. We are the blessed parents of two wonderful boys!

I'm (Louise) the Pastry Chef, and my husband (Djim) is responsible for managing the business operations. 

Baking pâtisseries has always been a passion since I was a little girl growing up in Ivory Coast. I used to bake for friends and families at an early age. I always wanted to be a "Cheffe Pâtissière". 

I started as a self-taught Pâtissière and I also had the opportunity of perfecting my craft by following some masterclasses taught by the world's best chefs. 

At Pâtisseries Louise, we pride ourselves on our commitment to exceptional quality, adhering to traditional French techniques to create a unique experience.

Our mission is to provide to our customers a new level of Taste & Elegance with our selection of Authentic French Patisseries that celebrate the rich culinary traditions of France.

Our passion for fine pâtisseries-making drives every aspect of our operation, ensuring that each item we produce meets the highest standards of excellence, while also fostering a community of pâtisseries enthusiasts who appreciate the artistry of French inspired desserts!
