OUR OPERATIONS

We are a Home-based Online Pastry Boutique. We specialize in crafting Authentic Artisan French Pâtisseries (Pastries). With a strong commitment to quality, our mission is to create exquisite Pâtisseries (pastries) that exemplify true French techniques and saveurs (flavors). 

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY ?

We offer FREE DELIVERY in CALGARY for ALL ORDERS OF $80 AND MORE!

WHAT IF I LIVE OUTSIDE CALGARY ?

We offer PICK-UP for customers who reside outside Calgary. The Pick-up location is in LEGACY SE (once your order is confirmed we'll provide you via email or text with the full address)

WHAT IF MY ORDER AMOUNT IS LESS THAN $80 ?

If your order amount is less than $80, two options are available:

OPTION 1: You can choose PICKUP at checkout, the location is in LEGACY SE (once your order is confirmed we'll provide you the full address)

OPTION 2: You can choose  DELIVERY at checkout and pay the flat fee of $15 for the delivery to an address in Calgary 

Please note that we don't do deliveries outside Calgary. If you live outside Calgary, we recommend choosing the Pickup option. 

 

DAYS OF OPERATIONS

Our deliveries are from Tuesday to Saturday. We are closed on Sunday & Monday. 

Please note that if your date is not available at checkout it might indicate that we're sold out. We encourage you to choose the next available date or contact us. 

02 DAYS NOTICE MINIMUM

We require a minimum of two (02) days in advance for an order. The cutoff time is 12PM. 

Due to increasing demand, we often sold out very quick. If your desired date isn't available please choose the next date available or contact us!

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

We start our deliveries start at 9:30 AM. The day before your delivery date, you will receive a notification with your estimated delivery time window. Usually all our deliveries are done by 12PM.

CAN I CHOOSE A SPECIFIC TIME ?

Well, it depends on the amount of deliveries we have on that day. Usually, the driver follow a predetermined route. We'll send you a notice when your order is 30 mins away.

If you really need the order to be delivered at a specific time, you can always ask us and we'll do our best to assist you!
