OUR OPERATIONS

We are an Online Pastry Boutique offering deliveries accross Calgary (no-walkins at the moment).

As an authentic Artisanal Pâtisseries boutique, Pâtisseries Louise stands out by offering a diverse selection of Authentic French Patisseries great classics in Calgary. 

We're planning on opening our first storefront soon!

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY ?

We offer free delivery in Calgary for orders of $65 & more 

We charge a delivery fee of $10 for orders less than $65

 

DAYS OF OPERATIONS

Our deliveries are from Tuesday to Saturday. We are closed on Sunday & Monday. 

Please note that if your date is not available at checkout it might indicate that we're sold out. We encourage you to choose the next available date or to contact us. 

 

02 DAYS NOTICE MINIMUM

We require a minimum of two (02) days in advance for an order. The cutoff time is 12PM. 

Due to increasing demand, we often sold out very quick. If your desired date isn't available please choose the next date available or contact us.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

We start our deliveries start at 9:30 AM. The day before your delivery date, you will receive a notification with your estimated delivery time window. Usually all our deliveries are done between 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM depending on how busy the days are.

 

CAN I CHOOSE A SPECIFIC TIME ?

Well, it depends on the amount of deliveries we have on that day. Usually, the driver follow a predetermined route.
