Chef Louise’s latest creation is a heartfelt tribute to her roots in Côte d’Ivoire. 

This signature Entremet beautifully marries classic French pastry techniques with the vibrant tropical flavor of Passion Fruit  – proudly cultivated in Côte d'Ivoire and a hint of Madagascar Vanilla Bean.
